Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions that change lives - and be paid fairly for the impact you make.
- Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
- Collect and record behavioral data using streamlined tools and technology designed to make your job easier.
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to create positive, lasting outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings that recognize your contributions and build your skills.
