Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, or related field
- Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behaviors
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data
- Professional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting FBAs
- Support development and implementation of BSPs
- Collect and graph behavioral data
- Provide classroom-based intervention support
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
- Support parent communication initiatives
