About The Position

Behavior Support Assistant – OLV Human Services OMH Program - Residential Treatment Facility (RTF): Our Residential Treatment Facility – located in Lackawanna - has the most current features and technology for resident safety, complementing the special care provided by our dedicated and experienced staff. We take a person-centered approach to serving those with interpersonal, emotional, psychiatric, social, family or educational issues. We create a tailored plan of treatment based on specific goals of the resident. While the RTF is on the cutting edge for resident safety and well-being, it is also designed to be home-like in a therapeutic environment. Note, the term “home-like”, not “like home”. That’s because our goal with every resident is to help them get back to their own homes, care-givers and communities as soon as possible.
