You’ll provide clinical supervision, guide intervention staff, collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, and ensure ethical, data-driven ABA services.

Requirements

  • A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Actively pursuing BCBA certification
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on ABA or behavior therapy experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and coaching skills
  • A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
  • Ability to clear background checks and TB requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each client
  • Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate client strengths and skill deficits using data and standardized assessments
  • Analyze challenging behaviors and design functionally relevant interventions
  • Observe treatment implementation and revise programs as needed
  • Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to behavior technicians
  • Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
