Behavior Supervisor (BCBA-In-Training)

You’ll provide clinical supervision, guide intervention staff, collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, and ensure ethical, data-driven ABA services.
Requirements
- A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on ABA or behavior therapy experience
- Strong organization, communication, and coaching skills
- A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
- Ability to clear background checks and TB requirements
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each client
- Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate client strengths and skill deficits using data and standardized assessments
- Analyze challenging behaviors and design functionally relevant interventions
- Observe treatment implementation and revise programs as needed
- Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to behavior technicians
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
