About The Position
California Behavioral Treatment Center About Us California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Position Summary Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self‑help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass TB test
- Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments
- Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
