Your Role As a Behavior Intervention Supervisor, you will support ABA programs for young children across clinic, school, and home settings. You’ll work under the guidance of BCBAs to help ensure effective, ethical, and data-driven services while building your own clinical skills.

Requirements

  • A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Actively pursuing BCBA certification
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on ABA or behavior therapy experience
  • A strong desire to grow clinically and work toward BCBA credentialing
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
  • Ability to clear background checks and TB requirements

Responsibilities

  • Use clinical judgment to support positive outcomes for each client
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate client strengths and skill deficits using data and standardized assessments
  • Analyze challenging behaviors and help implement functionally relevant interventions
  • Observe treatment sessions and support program adjustments as needed
  • Help monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality
  • Provide coaching and support to behavior technicians under BCBA guidance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
