About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Implementation of specific skill and behavioral development plans as outlined in treatment plans. • Writes clinical updates, clinical notes and all associated notes pertaining to clinical services. • Demonstrates interventions and skills of the behavior support plan to family members, caretakers and other professionals working towards achieving the goals of the behavior support plans. • Complete Dispatch& Data (either online or hard copy) sheet and submit weekly (Thursdays), or when requested by an administrator. • Maintain reporting requirements related to Regional Center, Clinical Director, agency in association with abuse, injury, unlawful behavior or other concerns. • Instructs parents, caretakers or other professionals, individually or in groups, in behavior modification, physical development, language development and conceptual learning exercises and activities. • Attend interdisciplinary team meetings as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Completion of criminal record statement, LIC508 (background check, fingerprint screening).
  • Completion of health screening report, LIC503, is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
