Requirements

  • Masters Degree Required
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting
  • Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practices
  • Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven mindset
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to work with residents in a variety of settings, including community outings

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with nursing, health, and other interdisciplinary teams
  • Coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
