Requirements

Masters Degree Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting
Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practices
Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven mindset
Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record
Willingness to work with residents in a variety of settings, including community outings

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting
