Provides behavior analytic assessment, intervention, skill development curricula, and education to individuals and families/caregivers of individuals with developmental, intellectual, emotional, and behavioral problems in a behavior analytic program. Services should result in improvements in the patient, caregiver, and/or family's quality of life. Provide leadership and coaching to other team members regarding implementation of applied behavioral analytic interventions across assessment and treatment. Serve as more senior behavior analyst on interdisciplinary teams and to other behavioral team staff. In addition, work alongside families to provide caregiver, teacher and other staff training on interventions while also carefully monitoring the effectiveness and implementation of behavioral treatments across settings. Work in collaboration with leadership on quality improvement, program development and other special projects as appropriate.
