Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual who is extremely passionate about beer and has a knack for customer service, who would like to partner with us to become one of the best in the industry. We are looking for a seasoned professional who has already proven his or her self and is looking for his/her next big adventure. The schedule will be mostly Monday-Friday, but occasional nights and weekends will be required for events. We are specifically looking for a candidate with a background in beverage sales that is wanting to grow in his or her career and be a part of a growing brand with a great culture. General Duties and Responsibilities: Actively practice exceptional hospitality, utilizing opportunities, Finding the Yes, and Collecting and Connecting Dots. Be a Creative Problem Solver-do what’s needed to make the guest happy. Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions, being attentive and taking notes when appropriate. Arrive to work on time and consistently follow shift schedule. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes harmony with buyers, guests, co-workers, and management. Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Selling on and off premise. Manage distribution partner reps. Set up and execute brand activations. Stay organized and execute on brand strategies. Manage events, promotions, competitions and marketing logistics. Oversee all aspects of communication between wholesalers, retailers and the brewery. Education and Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a similar position. Has relationships with business owners in Orange County and Los Angeles County. (A PLUS) Ability to work weekends and some nights when needed. Some knowledge of ABC and TTB rules and regulations. Passionate about the beer industry and selling amazing beer. Highly organized and strategic thinker. Knowledgeable of the latest beer trends and local beer market. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as e-mail communication, instant message communications, legal documents, license agreements, contracts, invoices, news articles, technical manuals, budgets, ledgers, purchase orders, financial, marketing, Inventory, shipping, and various reports. Ability to effectively present information, provide instructions and thoroughly answer questions in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization in English. Reasoning Ability and Computer Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to efficiently use inventory, ordering & computer systems or applications and Microsoft Office programs.
