About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing beauty trends and product knowledge with customers, ensuring a quick, easy, and fun shopping experience while helping them find great deals. The concierge is also responsible for maintaining the sales floor, including cleaning, filling in merchandise, and completing inventory processes like checking in and ticketing items accurately. They must be able to defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions, and work collaboratively with the team to keep the sales floor presentable through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening products throughout the day.
