The Role Weâre looking for someone who is still building their sales craft â someone who wants coaching, feedback, and repetition, and is excited to grow within a structured sales motion. The ideal BDR / SDR has prior exposure to payments or fintech and is eager to learn, execute, and help build the foundation of Butter Paymentsâ sales organization. This role is ideal for someone 1â2 years out of college who wants hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and the operational mechanics behind a high-performing revenue team in a regulated, technical sales environment. This is a true startup role. Youâll prospect, qualify, experiment with messaging, maintain clean data, and help shape the sales processes that will scale with the company. Weâre less focused on polish and more focused on hiring a driven, curious generalist who understands the basics of payments or fintech and is excited to do the work.
