About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team. As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about vehicles, services, and appointments—helping drive traffic and deliver a top-tier experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is very helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales consultations and test drives.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
