1. Answer incoming calls and schedule service/ sales appointments off those calls. 2. Log ALL customer attempts and comments into Vin Solutions and schedule follow up calls. 3. Confirm scheduled appointments. 4. Answer and assist in answering online chat request daily. 5. Respond to customer service inquiries by inbound calls, outbound call, emails, text and chat. 6. Re-schedule “no show” customer appointments. 7. Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications. 8. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes. 9. Understand the manufacturers requirements and policies for assigned brands. 10. Understands and follow all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors and Managers. 11. Follow-up with sales department to find out about appointment and the outcome. 12. Purify and update customer’s changes in database. 13. Contact customer base on current marketing incentives. 14. Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries). 15. Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule sales appointments. 16. Notify necessary departments of appointments set. 17. Follow internet leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery. 18. Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follow up. 19. Performs other tasks as assigned. 20. Attend all required meetings and training sessions. 21. Maintain a professional appearance. 22. Work co-operatively and positively with co-workers and supervisors 23. Adhere to the dealership’s sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies and the other policies in the dealership handbook. 24. Report any violation of the sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies to management. 25. Other duties as assigned.
