About The Position

The BDC Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth in the automotive industry. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in previous call center, customer service, sales support, and/or internet sales or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Business Development Center or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels to generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to implement targeted campaigns and track their effectiveness.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as necessary.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
