The BDC Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center and directly supervising its employees. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies while driving team performance and customer satisfaction. The position involves managing staff, monitoring productivity, and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals. This is a hybrid position based in New Jersey.
