Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused, or call center environment
Comfortable handling high-volume inbound & outbound communication

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries and inbound leads
Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build relationships and set appointments
Follow proven scripts and workflows to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
Accurately input and manage customer data within CRM systems
Coordinate and confirm sales and service appointments
Utilize lead management tools to track, nurture, and convert opportunities
Maintain detailed records and complete reports in a timely manner
Deliver a top-tier customer experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
