Requirements

  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Patience, compassion and empathy
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and existing service clients
  • Scheduling and confirming service appointments
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service inquiries
  • Determining the most effective way to address client needs and concerns
  • Communicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflow
  • Tracking appointments and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution
