About The Position

As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for handling incoming inquiries - whether online, over the phone, or in person - and turning those interactions into valuable appointments. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales and service teams by helping to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and engage customers to drive overall satisfaction and sales. What is a BDC? Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills
A friendly, positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and live chat.

Schedule appointments for sales and service, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Engage with potential customers who inquire about our services and vehicles.
Collect relevant information to assess their needs and identify opportunities for appointments.
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, increasing the chances of converting leads into appointments and ultimately, sales or service visits.
Manage customer data and help create targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and tailored offers to increase customer retention.
Utilize technology to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions, ensuring an organized and efficient process.
