About The Position

Honda World is a premier dealership known for its commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and offering the latest in Honda vehicles. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where our customers feel valued, and our team members can thrive. We are looking to add a BDC Sales Representative to our team. This position is going to be a lot of work on the phones, both inbound and outbound calling. Prior automotive experience is a plus but other experiences such as reception or high-volume call centers transfer well. The ideal candidate is going to be extremely reliable and would have a great phone voice.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, customer service, or call center environment highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dealership management software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older with, a clean driving record, and able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and internet inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments with guests.
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text to nurture leads and drive showroom visits.
  • Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate customer information, contact notes, and appointment details.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff of appointments.
  • Respond to online leads and inquiries from multiple digital platforms with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Assist with outbound call campaigns to promote special offers, new vehicle arrivals, and dealership events.
