About The Position

HGreg is one of the fastest growing automotive groups in North America. Founded in 1993, HGreg operates 31 new and used dealerships throughout the United States and Canada, and plans to continue expansion in the U.S. HGreg is looking for a determined and customer service centric BDC Sales representative that is driven to bring in potential customers. As a BDC representative, you will drive growth by developing and cultivating business relationships with present and future customers. You will manage incoming online and telephone requests, and make appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in sales
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Quick learner who is highly organized
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Answers new customer inquiries by phone, text and email
  • Assist customers with sales and vehicles requests
  • Schedule sale appointments and conducts follow-ups with "no-shows"
  • Input and update all information into CRM
  • Follow up with existing customers to generate an appointment
  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and assists them with their requests
