What You’ll Do: Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms Provide inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person visits Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and certifications Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards What We’re Looking For: A driven self-starter with a passion for customer service and online sales Proficiency with CRM software and strong communication skills A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exceed customer expectations Why Join Us?
