About The Position

Hunter Auto Group is looking for a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales—and enjoy working with people—we want to hear from you! Automotive experience is a plus, but not required; we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, drive, and a positive attitude. As our BDC Sales Agent, you’ll play a critical role in connecting with customers, building relationships, setting appointments, and supporting our showroom sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to showroom visit. Requirements

  • Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar environments encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Internet sales, automotive BDC, or sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs
  • Communicate clearly about vehicle availability, features, and next steps
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
