About The Position

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and driven by connecting with people? Hunter Auto Group is seeking a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales—and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment—we want to meet you. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. As our BDC Sales Agent, you’ll play a vital role in creating first impressions, generating opportunities, and supporting our showroom team. You’ll be the bridge between online inquiries and in-store visits, delivering an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.

Requirements

  • Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar backgrounds encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Confident, polished, and friendly phone presence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Internet sales, automotive BDC, or dealership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Engage customers in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and goals
  • Provide clear, accurate information about vehicle availability, features, and next steps
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate sales appointments with the showroom team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Stay informed on dealership inventory, incentives, and automotive market trends
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
