Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about products or services. Build rapport with customers to foster a positive experience. Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a sale or service appointment.

  • Sales or business development experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
