About The Position

Phillips Chevrolet is currently hiring for Full-time BDC Internet Sales Specialists. This position requires a 45-50 hour work week. Day & evening shifts required along with every Saturday availability. You will have 1 day off during the week along with every Sunday off. Must be able to work every Saturday. Requirements

At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
Must have availability to work during operating hours (Including nights & Saturdays)
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
Provide customers with initial product information
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
This position will be focused on Buying cars from the public through lead sources like KBB, Facebook, Craiglist, etc.
No travel outside the office will be required.
