This is not a traditional BDC role. We are looking for a working manager who produces, leads by example, and drives consistent performance across both sales and service opportunities. This role requires execution across phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up, while working alongside an established remote team and enhancing structure, consistency, and results. We have the tools, partnerships, and lead flow. What we need is discipline, accountability, and execution.
