About The Position

Chevrolet of Milford has an immediate openings for motivated team members in our Business Development Center. Previous success in a BDC Center or a Call Center is preferred but, not necessary. Bilingual is also a big plus!! Strong base plus commission pay structure gives plenty of stability with excellent earning potential. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers over the phone. Duties As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Following and maintaining relationship with former customers Monitoring and contacting internet leads Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments sales and service Performing surveys with customers Other duties as required (BILINGUAL CANDIDATES) Requirements We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges.
