Davidson Ford of Clay looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager ! The BDC Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dealership’s call center, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth communication between customers and various departments, including analyzing the data from our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. We’re looking for someone who is great at collaboration, team-building, effective communication, analytical analysis, and implementing best practices to drive efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction!
