Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, dealership management software, and basic office applications.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule appointments for service department, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Follow up on internet leads, customer inquiries, and previous appointments to maintain engagement and encourage further action.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that all customer needs are met, and to support dealership goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide information about current promotions, new inventory, and dealership services to potential and existing customers.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including appointment conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
