Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive experience with every customer interaction
  • Gather accurate customer information to support follow-up, retention, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain knowledge of dealership offerings, current pricing, manufacturer programs, and promotions
  • Utilize strong phone and computer skills to support lead management, appointment setting, and customer communication
  • Schedule solid appointments from inbound calls, internet leads, previous customers, referrals, sold and unsold traffic, and service and parts opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-through to help ensure customers stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout their experience
  • Support a high level of communication across departments to help create a seamless customer journey
