Requirements
- Dealership experience required (Automotive BDC/Internet Sales only)
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle heavy call volume with professionalism
- Persuasive with a natural knack for sales
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and CRM
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently to maximize showroom traffic
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact
