About The Position

At Waterford Ford, creating exceptional customer experiences starts with the very first interaction. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Administrator to support our sales team by connecting with customers, managing internet leads, and setting high-quality showroom appointments. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping guide them toward the right vehicle while supporting our sales team through proactive communication and follow-up. Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text
  • Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, sales support, call center, or automotive dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and online customer requests
  • Engage with customers to understand vehicle needs and buying timelines
  • Schedule qualified showroom appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with unsold prospects, previous customers, and active inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer information within the dealership CRM system
  • Communicate promotions, inventory availability, and dealership programs
  • Support the sales team by ensuring strong lead follow-up and customer communication
  • Track customer activity and appointment outcomes
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and positive customer experience from first contact to showroom visit
