About The Position

This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by providing clinical support, staff guidance, and client-centered care. The BCBA plays a vital role in fostering a collaborative team environment and advancing the organization’s mission to improve the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges Have a passion and cultural sensitivity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and communication disorders. Oversee ABA therapy services, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented effectively and consistently. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering guidance and support. Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation to ensure high-quality care. Monitor client progress and outcomes, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to achieve goals. Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethics codes and best practices in ABA. Address client and family concerns, providing guidance on treatment strategies and fostering strong family partnerships. Address parent concerns and provide guidance on treatment strategies, fostering strong family partnerships. Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and certification standards. Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure (if/when required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Strong background in pediatric care and experience working with children with autism and related developmental disorders.
• Ability to effectively problem solve and handle challenging behaviors in a calm manner as prescribed by behavior plans and techniques in applied behavior analysis.
• Ability to lift, move, pull/push individuals who may weigh up to 60lbs.
• Physical ability to engage in active play and interventions (e.g., bending, kneeling, running).
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Crisis Management Training (or willing to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Time management skills for submitting session notes, evaluations, and feedback promptly.
