This role focuses on delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by providing clinical support, staff guidance, and client-centered care. The BCBA plays a vital role in fostering a collaborative team environment and advancing the organization’s mission to improve the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges Have a passion and cultural sensitivity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and communication disorders. Oversee ABA therapy services, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented effectively and consistently. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering guidance and support. Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation to ensure high-quality care. Monitor client progress and outcomes, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to achieve goals. Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethics codes and best practices in ABA. Address client and family concerns, providing guidance on treatment strategies and fostering strong family partnerships. Address parent concerns and provide guidance on treatment strategies, fostering strong family partnerships. Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and certification standards.
