About The Position

Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA: The Initial BCBA will meet with children in person to conduct an initial assessment. Once created, the BCBA will review it over with our quality assurance team. After IA is submitted, Storybook will hand the case over to a different BCBA in that area. You will be doing 25% of the supervision and parent training in person, hand in hand with a virtual BCBA, who is doing 75%. Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans. What do you think? Requirements

  • A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in patient care, data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • BCBA (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
