About The Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based setting for consistent evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for predictable, stable part-time work in one location with a set schedule. Compensation: We offer competitive pay $85-105 per hour Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Consistent, predictable hours in a single clinic location
Requirements
- Must hold an active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs
- Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical standards
