About The Position

Our client is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatment rooted in empirically validated ABA principles. The organization provides home- and clinic-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and language delays. With a family-centered approach, the team partners closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual growth in a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and intervention strategies
  • Develop new programs and modify existing programs as needed
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, parents, and support networks to review case progress
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists regarding policies and procedures
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations
  • Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities
