Finni is officially opening its premier Practice Residency designed to take you from a solo clinician to a thriving practice owner. We provide the caseload, mentorship, and roadmap; you provide clinical excellence. The Opportunity We are looking for motivated BCBAs to join our next cohort. This isn't just a job; it’s a 6-month "residency" in practice ownership. You will build a full caseload under the Finni umbrella in an established market before transitioning to launch your own brand in your home territory. How the Factory Works Phase 1: Build Your Foundation. You’ll start by managing a full caseload through Finni in one of our high-growth hubs. You’ll be paired with a veteran Clinical Owner who will mentor you on Finni’s proprietary systems, ensuring your clinical operations are airtight. Phase 2: The "Owner" Mentorship. Every two months, you’ll travel to join us in person for Practice Owner (PO) Onboarding. We cover the costs: Finni pays for your flights and accommodations. Hands-on Training: Deep dives into billing, compliance, staff recruitment, and local networking. Phase 3: The Swap. While you’re billing in our hub, we are working behind the scenes to generate 8 pre-qualified leads in your specific home market. Phase 4: Independence. Once your home market leads are ready and your training is complete, you transition out of the residency to lead your own brand. You keep the autonomy; we keep providing the backend support.
