About The Position

A growing, privately owned ABA clinic is opening a brand-new location in Cordova, TN, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism in a collaborative, in-clinic setting. This is a rare opportunity to get in early at a new center, help build a caseload, and play a key role in shaping clinical quality and team culture from the ground up. The role offers visibility into the business side of ABA and real clinical autonomy. It is ideal for a BCBA who wants growth, stability, and impact without getting lost in a large corporate structure.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Ability to be physically active (lifting, floor work, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with early intervention preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Analyze progress and adjust programming as needed
• Provide weekly parent training and updates
• Supervise RBTs and interns in-center
• Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a high-quality program
• Coordinate care with in-house Speech and OT providers
• Manage insurance authorizations and clinical documentation
• Maintain a manageable caseload (8–12 clients)
• Target 25 billable hours per week
