Overview The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst ( BCaBA ) is expected to use their extensive clinical knowledge and experience to improve clients’ social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. The BCaBA will complete all activities under the guidance and with the direct supervision of a BCBA. BCaBA s will support the implementation of individually tailored treatment plans, support family conversations , and share knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support , and training of behavior technicians .
