Reception Duties: Answer phones in a pleasant and polite manner, make sure buildings are open and ready for business and closed/locked up if appropriate. Provide a pleasant atmosphere by greeting and guests entering the administration building and asking if they need assistance. Provide general information to guests and take messages as needed. Give out parking passes. Event Duties: Help with set up, break down and managing of events. Assist with a light cleaning before and after rentals (sweeping, wiping windows, and picking up trash). Assist in placing any signage or equipment. Monitor parking and direct traffic as needed. Monitor traffic on the grounds and keep visitors from intruding upon events. Monitor the rental timeline. Effectively work with and communicate with rental party and other visitors. Problem solve issues that arise.
