Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
  • Experience: None to two (2) years of experience solving technical problems.
  • Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance.
  • Possess a practical understanding of engineering/software concepts.
  • Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards.
  • Experience includes testing equipment/system to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely.
  • The individual shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens.
  • Should have experience in computer-aided drafting (CAD), ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods.
  • Active Secret Clearance walking through the door

Responsibilities

  • Handle ILS provisioning, creating, and maintaining Allowance Parts Lists (APL)s inside of ICAPS.
  • Resolve ILS Cert Caveats for the program.
  • Update and maintain the internal APL database.
  • Familiarity with US Navy Logistics support a plus
  • Knowledge of US Navy C4ISR systems a plus
