Requirements
- Home improvement sales professionals
- Kitchen or bath remodeling consultants
- Construction sales professionals
- Interior remodeling sales representatives
- High-performing commission-based salespeople
- Experience selling windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, baths, or full home remodels is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Ability to meet homeowners and discuss renovation options
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating leads
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners
- Sales experience preferred (home remodeling or construction sales is a plus)
- Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for bathroom and kitchen remodeling consultations
- Evaluate project scope and discuss design and renovation options
- Present remodeling proposals and pricing to homeowners
- Close remodeling contracts and assist clients through the sales process
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing efforts
