About the role: The Batchmaker is responsible for mixing and preparing batches of products according to approved formulas, SOPs, and GMP standards. This role ensures ingredients are added accurately, equipment is operated safely, and all batches meet quality requirements before moving to the next stage of production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in compounding, mixing, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and batch records.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and move up to 500 lbs with equipment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
  • Read and follow batch records to prepare formulas correctly.
  • Add raw materials in the proper sequence and amounts.
  • Operate, monitor, and clean compounding equipment.
  • Record all batch data and complete documentation accurately.
  • Communicate with Pre-Weigh, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for raw materials.
  • Identify and report any deviations, issues, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
