This role is located at our Macedon, NY facility. The Processor Assistant helps to set up equipment for processing and will batch raw ingredients in accordance with cook cards and written batch instructions. This role works across many departments and functions, and therefore, will gain a broad understanding of the BRF production processes. This is the training role that leads to Processor and various advancement roles in the organization. This posting is for our 3rd shift team (Monday-Friday 12AM-8:30AM) & may include rotating weekend overtime.
