About The Position

Position Summary: The Base Operations Supervisor supports daily execution of preventive maintenance and repair services at CBP facilities under an IDIQ contract. This position provides operational oversight and coordination in support of the Contract Manager and Service Manager and does not serve as a Key Personnel role. This role supports a potential contract.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be eligible to obtain CBP Facility access
5+ years of facilities or base operations experience
Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs
Ability to work in secure federal facilities

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution of preventive maintenance services
Coordinate field activities and service schedules across assigned facilities
Assist with planning and execution of minor and intermediate repairs
Ensure work is performed in accordance with task order scope and safety requirements
Support inspections, audits, and Government site visits
Coordinate subcontractor and specialty trade activities as directed
Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
