About The Position

A leading Energy & Automation Solutions provider is hiring a skilled BAS Controls Project Manager to support its expanding Chicago operations. This position offers a hybrid REMOTE-flex schedule and the chance to lead enterprise-level Building Automation projects across commercial buildings, data centers, and large-scale infrastructure. Requirements

Proven background managing BAS or large-scale automation projects
Strong organizational, scheduling, and forecasting capabilities
Confident in customer communication and project leadership
Experience with project financials and risk/change management

Responsibilities

Manage BAS projects ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M+
Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 active jobs
Coordinate internal teams including Technicians, Programmers, and Engineers
Supervise subcontractors and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Maintain project schedules, milestones, scope, and client communication
Prepare estimates, oversee RFIs, and support change order management
Handle financial tracking, forecasting, and budget alignment
Conduct site visits as required
