This role is perfect for a sales professional with technical knowledge of building automation, HVAC, or energy systems who enjoys managing existing accounts while expanding new business across the metro area. Requirements

• Experience in outside sales within BAS Controls, HVAC, or Energy Services
• Background with mechanical contractors, controls integrators, or performance contracting groups
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused with a proactive sales approach

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base while driving new business development
• Sell a mix of project work and service offerings including BAS retrofits, pneumatic upgrades, parts, and maintenance/service agreements
• Meet with customers on-site 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days in-office or remote for prospecting and follow-up
• Develop revenue opportunities from both active accounts and warm leads
• Identify and reactivate dormant accounts while building long-term customer relationships
• Estimate owner-direct jobs in partnership with internal estimators and project teams
