About The Position

Air Systems is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Team Member to provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of BAS. This non-exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager. #airsys

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience
• Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work.
• Tracks outstanding proposals.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals.
• Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system.
• Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes.
• Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals.
• Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes.
• Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals.
• Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed.
• Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team.
